OXALIS CHOCOLATE

is made in conjunction with AMALI, a producer which creates chocolate manually and directly from cocoa beans imported from Ecuador. Firstly, it is necessary to sort the beans by hand, then clean and crush them into smaller pieces, known as nibs. This process is followed by roasting, which brings out the chocolatey taste. The roasted beans are then ground in special cacao grinders, in which the cell tissue and wall are ruptured in order for the cell content and cocoa butter to be released. This results in a brown liquid called cacao mass. Such a cacao mass is used to produce our chocolate bars. These feature concentrates of some of our most successful flavoured teas and coffees in their recipes, so are exclusive to us and unique on the market. In addition, three chocolate lollipops shaped as a four-leaved clover really are sweetness personified.

OXALIS Chocolate is made solely from fine cacao seeds sourced from select Ecuadorean farms. The finest quality ingredients and technological production process are applied, in which an extract of tea or coffee is added to the cocoa mass, resulting in a unique chocolate sensation with the smooth taste of OXALIS' very-own flavoured teas and coffees. Finally, some fine tuning takes place by adding organic vanilla from Madagascar, milk from ecological farms in Beskydy, the Czech Republic, and cane sugar.
