Immunity-Boosting Herbal Teas

Are you looking for herbal tea? Do you not know which tea will best treat your problems? “There isn’t a herb that doesn’t treat something.”

Herbal Tea, Not Only for Drinking

Herbal tea has been known since time immemorial and we usually start to drink it in childhood. Herbal tea with honey was a typical medicine of our grannies. You can use the herbs that comprise herbal tea also for baths, herbal wraps, etc.

Herbal Teas – Blends or Mono-drugs

Herbal teas are available as mono-drugs or as special blends for various problems. Because most of us do not know what each herb is for and with which others it should be combined, we recommend herbal teas more in the form of herbal blends.

Herbal Tea – Usage

When drinking herbal teas a couple of tips can multiply their positive effects. If you decide to drink herbal tea, herbs and blends, drink for 3-4 weeks and then stop for a week. (This rule does not apply to urological tea, which you can drink without a break.) We recommend drinking bronchial tea and tea for respiratory problems no later than five o’clock, drink teas for digestion and digestive teas half an hour before eating.

Pregnant women, children and older people should drink herbal teas with prudence. Pregnant women should really not drink herbal tea. Many of them relax the muscles. The dosage of herbal teas for children and people over 65 corresponds to approximately 1/3 of the recommend use.
