Origin of Pu-erh

Pu-erh tea is at home in the Chinese province of Yunnan. It is produced from the “tea forefather”, which can grow to a height of more than 30m and whose origin is more than 800 years old. Pu-erh tea is dark red and has an earthy to sweetish taste. You may not like it at first, but drinking pu-erh tea daily will certainly pay off.

Pu-erh and Its Miraculous Effects

Pu-erh tea is an effective assistant in the fight against obesity, and it is also known as a fat burner. It is an ideal supplement for dieting, also known as a drink to be drank when fasting. It also reduces the level of cholesterol in the blood – if you regularly drink three cups a day, you can reduce it by 13% in a month. Making Pu-erh Tea

It is best to drink pu-erh tea unsweetened. Use one teaspoon of pu-erh tea for one cup, pour hot water on it and leave it to stand for 3-5 minutes. Boiling water (95-100 degrees) is poured on pu-erh tea. It is steeped for 2-5 minutes. Thanks to the low caffeine content, you can drink pu-erh tea at any time of the day.
